Prepacked Reaction Tubes

OEA Labs' prepacked tubes are a convenient and cost effective alternative to packing your own tubes. Packed for you at little more than the tube and reagents purchased separately, they are ready for your immediate use without the need to stock individual reagents. The tubes are packed with our own high quality reagents so you can be confident that they will perform to specification in your elemental analyser.

For long term storage stability we purge the finished reaction tube with argon. The ends of the tubes are immediately sealed to reduce the diffusion of atmospheric gases and moisture into the tube. The prepacked tubes are then sealed within special plastic sleeves for additional protection.

If swarf crucibles/liners are required, the recommended length for each prepacked tube is stated in the catalogue tables. Some of our popular prepacked tubes are offered with a crucible already fitted. Swarf crucibles/liners are available for heavy and standard wall for a perfect fit.

Our prepacked tubes are packed according to the instrument manufacturers’ recommendation but we are happy to prepack to your own specification. If you require this service please contact us.
