OEA Labs manufactures a wide range of tube liners, ash crucibles and oxygen lances available in a variety of materials and designs for almost any application.

Our silica range of liners and ash crucibles for Thermo, Costech and Eurovector instruments are available for both heavy and standard wall 18mm reaction tubes to minimise dead space. Holes are provided on the upper part of the crucible for ease of removal. The liners are mostly open both ends with the lower ends slightly reduced to retain the silica wool plug. We also have a number of closed end liners.

Metal liners in stainless steel and Inconel high performance alloy have retaining tabs as standard to hold the silica wool plug in place. They can be supplied without tabs, if required, to allow removal of glass fibre filter debris by means of a metal drilling rod. Please enquire.

Graphite crucibles and inserts are offered beyond the OEM standard range and we are able to machine graphite components to your specification if required.
