Silica Reaction Tubes

OEA Labs' silica reaction tubes are manufactured in our own glassblowing facility. We use only high grade silica tubing made from Unimin sand which contains only a few parts per million of impurities. The high purity of this silica (quartz) raw material produces a product which withstands abrupt changes in temperature without failure and resistance to chemical attack. All reaction tubes are made from tolerance selected transparent silica (quartz) for a perfect fit. Most reaction tubes are offered in standard wall (1.4 to 1.5mm) or as a heavy wall option (2.0 to 2.1mm) for enhanced performance under severe combustion conditions
