Where do your products come from?
We manufacture most of our products in our factory. We have our own silica glassblowing shop, press shop, reagent manufacturing plant, laboratories and an engineering workshop.
Can I buy directly from you?
Yes. You can obtain quotations and place orders directly with OEA Labs in the United Kingdom. We ship worldwide on a regular basis. We have non-exclusive distributors in some countries if you prefer to order locally. Please email us for details of distributors...
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. We can provide free technical support for instruments and applications even if you are not a customer. Please call us.
Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
We aim to be competitive on price without compromising quality or performance. Additional discounts may be available on specific products, large orders and for regular customers. Please enquire.
Can you supply items not listed in your catalogue?
Yes. We may be able to manufacture the item you require or obtain it from within our network of contacts. Please enquire.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. We positively welcome and encourage small orders. We are here to service your requirements large and small.
How can I pay for my order?
